What Waste?
Waste is an inevitable by-product of Human existence, but burying it in a hole in the ground or open fires at dumping grounds is no longer an option. The considerable harm this is doing to our planet is one major factor but this is increasingly overshadowed by the viable renewable energy this waste can provide.
Here at AquaTechno having began life with excellent bespoke Japanese systems for sorting and processing all sorts of waste, we quickly realised that these would not be viable for the large requirements we were being consistently approached with globally.
Today we are integrating with some of the most innovative multi-national waste-operators and system developers to provide the most appropriate and viable solutions for worldwide requirements.
We are able to provide smaller bespoke systems for individual factories and farms to larger municipal requirements processing a few thousand tons per day. We also have potential investors who look at each project on its merits and are able to access international development funds where applicable.
Organic Waste feedstocks are pretreated and even extracted from non-separated at source Municipal Solid Waste.
Anaerobic Digestion that will also work with Sludge will then begins extracting the biogas Methane and CO2 Greenhouse Gases which historically was used to run CHP units to produce Heat and power. The upgrading of this extracted biogas produces bio-methane, as pure and efficient as natural gas that is either injected direct to Gas grid or increasingly being utilised as a sustainable road fuel.
In certain territories where they wish to leapfrog direct to green hydrogen we are now able to convert the bio-methane to provide this with most modern Fuel Cell Technologies available.
Medical and non recyclable Plastic Waste requirement has increased in the last few years and requires special handling.
Our modular units will reduce all combustible materials by three hundred times and yield a ceramic ash that can be used as an aggregate or dependent on feedstock even as a soil enhancer.
Low energy requirement and so clean they have been cleared for city use in Japan where they are have a bespoke use for Airports, Hospitals and remote installations.
Non Organic Waste that cannot be recycled can be gasified which with todays modern systems especially when intergrated with an advanced organic extraction system completes the package.
In addition to energy and heat these gasifiers can produce syngas and synoils with further benefits and income streams with zero harmful emissions.
A version of this Pyrolysing technology is utilised with our organic and biomass solution for converting solid digestate to Biochar wherever feasible.
